Music opens the gates to the soul and the subconscious. Even now, scientists are experimenting with the notion that sound can open up the mind for direct and permanent learning. This concept has already been known by the Law of Attraction Masters.

It is fairly well known that the use of Baroque music is conducive to learning and memorization. Baroque Music is a style of European Classical Music between 1600 to 1750. Famous baroque composers include George Frideric Handel, Antonio Vivaldi and Johann Sebastian Bach. You may or may not know the names, but you’ll certainly know at least some of their music.

Here is an excellent example of some Baroque music that you can use for study and concentration. I would suggest giving it a try. Your brain knows what is good for it, so feed it once in a while.

Baroque Music for Concentration and Studying

We have all watched the television commercials for United Airlines most of our lives. In all of the United Airlines commercials, there is a bit of music playing in the background. I’m sure every single one of us would recognize that music if we heard it.

Did you know that that music is called Rhapsody In Blue? It’s composer was George Gershwin. Composed in 1924, Rhapsody In Blue is an amazing combination of classical music and jazz motifs. As stunning today as I was first composed, it’s one of the definitive musical compositions of the 20th century.

Here is an amazing rendition of Rhapsody In Blue. It will make your heart beat faster and bring a smile to your face. What more could you ever ask from music?

On a more modern scale, we have the music of The Ventures. They are the best-selling instrumental band of all time. Many a mile and I driven down the road listening to their renditions of the Hawaii 5-0 theme, Pipeline and this, their biggest and most popular hit. It’s called Walk, Don’t Run. Enjoy.

I hope you have enjoyed this literature into my musical roots. I’ve been accused of not liking music, but those people are wrong. I like the music I like to listen to, not the junk that’s played on top 40 radio. I like a little bit of everything, mostly everything, and won’t be forced into liking things because everybody else likes it.

If it takes me 20 years to learn to appreciate a band like The Go-Go’s, so be it. Once again, I thank you for listening and reading my post.
